We only collect the data you provide yourself when submitting a form on the site:

• Name
• Contact details (phone or email)
• Your message, or the parameters you enter in the pricing calculator

3. Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie, craftai_lang — it stores your chosen interface language (RU/EN/RO) and contains no personal data. It is stored for up to 1 year.

If Google Analytics is enabled on the site, it may set its own cookies to collect anonymized visit statistics (which pages are viewed, where visitors came from).

4. How we use your data

• To contact you and respond to your inquiry
• To estimate the cost of a website based on the parameters you entered in the calculator
• To improve the site (anonymized visit statistics, if analytics is enabled)

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with advertising networks or third parties for marketing purposes. Form submissions are forwarded to Telegram and/or the site owner's email solely to process your inquiry.

6. Data retention and protection

Data is kept only for as long as needed to process your inquiry and maintain business correspondence, and can be deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You can request at any time to know what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted — write to us using the contact details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
